If you aren't comfortable or it isn't practical for you to practice traditional smudging, use this mist.  It's all in the intent! Made with purified water, witch hazel, fragrance and sea salt. Clear quartz chips are in the bottle not only to mix the oils and resins, but to promote cleansing. 

Indigenous is one of my most popular as well as my personal favorite.  A powerful combination of Cedar (clears out negativity, brings in good influences  and clears the area), Sage (promotes healing & wisdom) and Coriander (promotes peace and love).
